New Life Challenge

I first met Francisco Paez Sanchez last year when I came over to Estepona to find a house to buy after the death of my husband.

Since the time I met Franscico I have found him to be really helpful and honest.  Everything he does he does for the betterment of the people to whom he serves.

I have a lot of respect and am very pleased to be able contribute to his business by doing this blog and also helping with other admin tasks.  I came down here with the intentions of helping others with their business in any way I could.

For me the skills I have at being able to spend time developing and marketing his products i.e his property agency business, it gives me a great deal of satisfaction.

From the time I have started to work with Francisco I have had to really get to grips with my Spanish as another one of our colleagues does not speak any English. 

So between Francisco and Jorge my Spanish has come on leaps and bounds.

Estepona - the California of Europe

There is so much to see and discover about this lovely place, really the opportunities are great.

We believe at Paez Real Estate that we are living in the most beautiful area of Spain.  With incredible unspoilt mountain walks and it is full of new ideas. 

This area of Costa Del Sol is definitely beginning to see more positive things coming to it.  There is a lot of renewal and new building and new businesses coming to the area. 

Estepona enjoys 340 days of sunshine a year.

WHY NOT COME AND JOIN US AND SEE THAT YOU TOO COULD BE LIVING IN A DYNAMIC AND VITAL PLACE

There is more and more projects happening and it is a great place to bring up children.  The childrens areas in and around the town centre are safe and easily accessible.

Carrefour and Mercadona are our two major supermarkets between them it keeps a very varied international population happy.

Lidl and Aldi are here too. 

Estepona is literally only about 30 mins away from Gibraltar and at lot of ex-pats work in Gib and live in Estepona.  It is so convenitient - there is a major highway which runs the full length of the Costa del Sol along with the Toll Road which is newer less travelled on.  However it is very easy to go to Marbella and Fuengirola and Benalmadena and even round to Almeria in a few hours. 

Cadiz and Seville are not far away and neither is the border of Portugal. 

The view of Gibralta from Estepona are stunning as wells as great views of Africa.  Which is also easy to get to from Estepona.
